FAQs
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes! A swimsuit, a water bottle, and a towel. We have extras available for rent or purchase if needed. It’s best to show up in your sauna gear ready to go.
Do you need access to power or water?
Nope! Our setup is fully self-contained — no hookups needed.
Note: If you’d like a cold plunge tank on-site, we do need water access to fill it.
Is it safe? Do I need to sign a waiver?
While sauna is incredibly safe for most people, anytime you expose your body to extreme heat or cold there’s always some minor risk. Because of this, all participants must sign a waiver before entering.
What if I’m pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medications?
Please consult with your doctor before participating. While sauna is beneficial for many people, it’s always best to err on the side of caution if you have medical concerns.
Can I rent the sauna for my own event or property?
Yes! We offer both private attended events and drop-off rentals. Let us know the date and location and we’ll help you plan the perfect sauna setup.
How many people can fit inside the sauna?
Our main sauna fits up to 6 adults comfortably. For larger groups or multi-hour bookings, people typically rotate in and out.
What’s required to park the sauna?
We need a clear path to the site and a flat surface large enough to fit a 14’x7’ trailer. Driveways, gravel lots, or flat lawns all work. Please check for low-hanging branches or tight corners that might block access.
How far do you deliver?
Outside that radius, we typically charge $4 per mile one-way for delivery.
For longer-term rentals, we’re happy to discuss reduced delivery fees—just reach out and we’ll work something out.
