Mobile Sauna Sweatiquette

  • Always sit on a towel.

A towel is always provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer! We also offer towel rentals if needed. Sitting on a towel helps keep our benches clean and protected, and it's just good sweaty manners.

  • Hydration is your best friend.

Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session. We recommend bringing your own bottle—we do have extras on hand, but hydration is on you.

  • Noise travels.

Some people come to socialize, others to meditate. Be mindful of your volume and the vibe. When in doubt, quiet is golden.

  • Consent is cool.

If you're attending a community session, please respect everyone's space, privacy, and comfort level. There will always be an attendant present to tend to the stove and ensure everyone has a safe, relaxing, and optimal experience.

  • Swimsuits or workout clothes required

We keep it casual and co-ed. So no nudity, please — and no shoes in the sauna. If your feet are dirty, be courteous: use the foot cleaning station (if available) before entering, and please don’t put dirty feet on the benches.

  • We strongly recommend leaving your phone outside the sauna.

This is your time to unplug, reset, and reconnect with your body and breath. Digital detox = deeper relaxation. It is ok to snap a quick photo with the groups permission, but after please keep your phones away and outside the sauna.

  • Don’t overdo it.

Listen to your body. If you need to step out, cool off, or take a break, do it! This isn't a competition—it’s restoration.

  • Keep the door closed.

Every time the door opens, heat escapes. Help us maintain the magic by closing the door gently and promptly.

  • Be on time.

Sessions start promptly. Late arrivals disrupt the flow (and miss the best part!).
