Maine Spa Club Sauna Sessions

Wood-fired heat. Ocean air. Cold water. Good people.

Join us for a community sauna session at Fortunes Rocks Beach in Biddeford Pool, or head inland for a private riverside sauna in Baldwin. However you do it, the idea is simple: get in, sweat it out, and coast.
